I've used DVD Shrink plenty of times and i've never really had any problems. This message appears when I try to Shrink "Way Of The Gun".

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
    Programming error - exception occurred.

If anybody could help me I would really appreciate it.

Were you aware that DVD Shrink hasnt been updated for a few years now and doesnt work so well with most newer discs by itself?
Try the free DVDFab Decrypter first to rip the disc to hard drive http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm
then once the file is on your hard drive, with shrink, open the file instead of opening the disc and proceed like you did before. 1 extra step, come back if you need more help.

I tried DVDFab like you suggested and it was at 95% with DVD Shrink when the same message appeared.

Is there any anything else I can use to shrink the movie.

DVDFab put it on your hard drive and DVD Shrink still didnt finish it?
New movie, shrink still has problems with a few of them after going through the extra step you did.
You will need one extra step, still a free program, and if you get the hang of it, you will further help yourself be able to edit unwanted parts of discs and fix the structure problems these films are giving.
Try VobBlanker, take a look at this guide, it explains the whole process. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/334154
Really all you need to do with blanker is set your source and destination for your files, if you want to do more that and other guides will explain it.

Cool, check out that link for VobBlanker though, just in case you arent so lucky next time because I believe it was recently that Clone and its friend AnyDVD had problems with some flims.
