cant turn on sanyo tv from standby

    Hi all please help? my sanyo tv, model CE42LD33-B has a constant flashing blue standby light, usually the standby light is solid and goes off after turning tv on but its flashing constant blue, will sometimes go solid as it should be but when i try turning on it just starts flashing again, can anyone please help?

    sounds to me like its going into service mode.
