Can't view data DVD (avis)

    USB dual format DVD r/w (i/o Magic) reads and writes just fine, but internal CDrw/DVD (Samsung SN-324F) reads neither + or - data DVDs

    is it that they are data disks or ...?

    (i've got 10 avis per folder, 3.75g if i convert and burn them to DVD using Nero, i can only fit 2 on a disk... if i use the shrink prog, how many files will fit on a dvd? and is this the solution to my problem?)

    the last time i was here i was directed to The Firmware Page, but i dont understand this site or what i want from it... this is the link to the list of downloads available for my internal CD/DVD
