Capturing on screen video

    Is there software that will let me capture a movie or video cip from my pc to a file or dvd?

    There sure is. I assume You have them saved to your hdd, so determine which file type they are, and convert them over to VTS file type. The majority of software that you need, is available from AD, and most of it is free.... :)

    I am actually talking avout a clip or movie that is playing on my screen live, without a file name. Is it possible to capture it and save to a file or put on a dvd?

    I'm talking about home movies, of course.

    You mean that you have your camera hooked up to the pc, and are viewing the movies that way. Am I right?
