CCE SP or TMPGEnc for VCD?

    Any suggestions here because I was told CCE SP is much higher quality than TMPGEnc Plus yet when I create VCD using DVD2SVCD and CCE SP I get way lower quality than I would with TMPGEnc Plus???_X_X_X_X_X_[small]Afterdawn is run by great people who have ran this site perfectly for 3 years helping literally millions of people.
