CD Box set unplayable

    I bought this

    My problem...
    It wont play in my truck at all, spits it out after 10 sec saying error
    It wont rip
    It takes 10 min to start playing in the dvdrom on my computer and has trouble reading it and it sounds like its scratched all to hell.
    I tried clone cd, i tried imgburn, i tried cdex, Im out of ideas guys what can you offer me. I really want it to work somehow and I will try anything.

    honestly i'd say send it or take it back and get a refund.
    only thing i can recommend is ripping it at a slow speed.
    I have seen someone cover a cd in toothpaste put it in freezer for about 2 mins then wipe it off with tissues and it played better.

    grah.. the cheap cd syndrome. best thing to deal with em is the "find somebody with a REAL old skool cd burner" tactic.. but if I'm honest the majority of modern printed cd's are just rubbish.. like the end few of vinyl.. made crap to force people to rent in low quality mp3 from Amazon is my guess..
