This only happens when im trying to put music on itunes to put on my ipod

basically when its encoding or burning a cd, it automatically restarts

at first it would do this within a few songs, now it does it within 10 seconds.

Then i also started playing cds just to hear music and my computer would restart, i sprayed the inside to clean the dust out and it fixed that problem. I can normally use cd's now for the basic use of listening to music.

But i tried encoding my cds again and it still just restarts. I have no idea why. Can anyone help me out and give me some suggestions.

This just started a few months ago. I have a feeling it might be with cleanliness but i really don't know.

I use a program called Astra32 to find out info about my computer. I would reccomend using this but there are many other methods of finding out.
