hows imation dvdr, they work or memorex?
i find that my PS2 reads imation DVD-R better than anything else i have tryed, including Verbatim and TDK.
i need dvd+r
In my experience, ritek and tdk work the best on my pioneer a06. Also if you need +r make sure your ps2 can read +r. Some older versions can only read - r.
yea....i got a v9 thanks
Yes Imation Dvd+r works great. I burned SOCOM and midnight club 2 to Imation dvd+r and they boot up and work with no problems.
Verbatim Data-Life Plus and Ritex media in my opinion are the best for backing up games. The special dye they use for the disks puts less strain on your PS2's laser. Verbatim disks are pretty pricey though usually over $2 a disk, you can pick up Ritek disks for less than a $1 a disk. Just stay away from generic brands, other than that Imation, Memorex, TDK, and Maxell all have gotten pretty good results! Good luck with your backups!
DTK RITEK only for me here... ohh btw!! a07 is out... going to order it next week... only for $200.... i was right... 8x dvd-r and 8x dvd+r...
