chameleon disable?

    i done it all solderd my p&e connections im running slayer on chameleon chip. and when i tell the xbox to turn of the chip my lead turns off.... so its of right...ok i put in an xbox live game and then the led that tells me the chip is on turns on??but it wont play my backups...is my chip on or off?pls help

    OK im not understanding you, if your trying to disable the chip so you can use a retail game on live then you just hold the eject button for 3 seconds when you turn it on to boot from m$ bios.

    If your trying to play live with your modchips bios and with your backups it isn't possible.

    no i can disable the chip..but as soon as i put a live game my chip enables itself again.the way i can tell is by the led its off when the chip is off and on when the chip is on...so i know its disabled but it turns itself on as soon as i go live?whats going on
