I just got my first iPod and have found that there are hundreds of hacks you can do to it to make it personal. I was wondering, if I change the firmware to customize my brand new 160g classic, can I change it back? I'm sure fiddling around inside the workings will void the warranty and if they find altered firmware I'll be S.O.L. Also is the classic 6th gen or a 5.5 gen?

The new Classic 160 gb is a 6 gen ipod, and as far as i know theres no hacks for it yet, you can go to ipodwizard dot net, and look around but they do say on the main page they dont support the classic. Also Rockbox is a linux base os for the ipod does not support the ne classic ither,

    Good Luck
