changing the hdd

    ok so i have a 30gb ipod video... the hdd is full!! can i change the hdd to a bigger one and it still recognise it. i know you can get 60gb and 80gb models but im just making sure these hard drives will still actually be recognised with normaly functionality

    sorry it was kind of rushed... i mean if i change my 30gb hdd to say, a 60gb, 80gb, or even a 120gb (i know these are available although no ipod has been made with this size) hdd will it recognise it and allow me to use all of that space and play my music etc. My ipod is 5th gen not 5.5 if it makes any difference
