I have a CS5000 which i paid someone to setup last year. I oinly get about 300 channels and only 3-4 movie channels.. my cuz has the 6000 and gets like 600 channels and a lot of movie channels.. can i get more channel with the cs 5000? If yes, can someone provide me with the cs5000 channel listing for the san francisco bay area? Thanks a ton!
You really need to know how to do all the settings and the proper set up. Right now if you are getting dn we are waiting for a new bin that will give us the channels back.
is there a file that i can use to load the channels.. he has the channel listing for 110 and 119 for cs 6000 but not the 5000. Does nayone have the channel listing that they care to share?
Hi Bill, IT appears that the channel listing are the ones that my cousin gets on his cs6000, my cs5000 doesn;t get that many channel.. should my 5k get all the channel that his 6k gets? I looked around the website but did not see an option to download the channel list.. can I download my cousin's cs6000 list into my cs5000 machine?
You can go to this site,http://forums.f2atv.com/. They are really into the coolsat. They also have instructions on how to make a channel list. I Have never made a channel list, but from what I have read, just because you have a channel list installed, does not necessarily mean you will get all those channels. All the settings will have to be right and the dish will have to be aimed just right to get them. The site I mentioned is very busy right now with people trying o get the newest bin, so you may not be able to get on right now, just be patient. Good Luck
