charging psp

    i jus got a psp slim... wish someone could tell me how long should i actually charge it's battery for the very first time?
    actually i think about 1-2 hours after charging the orange light went off.

    maybe you should check the manual.. but your right about the light even for the first time you charge it..

    yes i did check on both manuals which came with the set, but they don't advice on first time charge. =( well tatz ok i guess... already charged the set for like 7 hours now. the guy at the shop told me to charge for 8hrs.but i'm not 100% convinced he knows alot bout the product. probably it was jus a quick answer he came up with to keep me entertained. i suspect tat a lithium battery actually blocks itself from overcharging and "cuts off" the charging once it gets full. so probably i think there is no such thing as a first time charge period.
