Depending on the media i use, I get choppy playback. My question is, can i get good playback on previously bad media if i burn SVCD at slower speeds, or will the media never work well in my dvd player? thanks.

    1. Yes
    2. (S)VCDs are a finicky little creature -- the slower you burn, the more reliable your burn -- regardless of the media
    3. Some standalones have issues with certain brands of media etc so it may not help that much
