I have read the review that Oriphus made on the X4 clone disks but does any1 know if thet are the same disks and would i get the same results with the X2 as with the X4

i dont like burning my backups @ X4, i dont mind backing up data @ the X4 but

the max i would burn @ for films is X2 and i dont see the reason to spend the extra money and get the X2
    (just My personal view)

If you have a x4 burner you shouldn't have any problems in burning a movie at 4x. I have no problems with the Pioneer 105 - the quality is just the same as at 2x or 1x come to that. Yes the Clonediscs are excellent in my opinion and there is no reason to assume that the 2x discs would be any different from the 4x though I still think you should use the 4x to write at 4x.

The 2x will have a similar performance apart from the speed. I dont understand your logic behind burning at 2x when you can do it at 4x??
