I have just found out that it is possible to make video-cd's with nero burning-room. It is great to watch the movies on a TV instead of the screen but there is one thing that I miss from the screen.
When watched on the computer you may use 3'th party software to put text-based subtitles on the movie. This is not possible when you watch a mpg file with your dvd-displayer...

Is there a way to code text-based subtitles into the movies before burning them out (A filter for virtual dub, premiere, a standalone program or something)
