    ok mossyy i finally found out what my problem is in this driver thing and with p2ktools and all of my problems is becasue of... on the site that you advised me to go to told me that when i first run p2kman it will install a bunch of drivers, but that didn't happen, it just opened and didn't do anything except give me the program open and at the bottom it said "not connected" and it said not connected becuse my drivers aren't installed.

    do u have any suggestions as to how i can get these drivers to install?

    so far the only thing that has worked is verifying that my motorola modem says attached to com 3.

    please help thanx

    greetings! that guide looks very familiar. where did you copy that one from? i found the orginal that you'd copied it from (word for word) here:
    http://howardforums.com/showthread....hreadid=473506&highlight=+midway++walkthrough

    the person you should have credited was AnalogTiger. you've also copied the Motorola Hacker's Bible, word for word, YET AGAIN, without crediting the person who wrote the guide. do you know what plagiarism is? its where you copy other people's work without crediting them, and with the intention of passing it off as your own.

    you seem to me making a habit out of copying other people's work without crediting the person who wrote it. why do you copy other peoples work and try to pass it off as if it were your own? [/bold]

    ur computer should say that there is new hardware found which its the interface Motorola Test Command then install it using the P2Kdrivers,,,,,,

    cooliebai

    inside the P2K there is a folder DRV which they r the driver, when ur computer says new hardware found just put the directory into the P2K folder and it will be installed,,,,

    i think we r going too far from the subject (RINGTONES),,,,,

    about what to delete, just delete the drivers in the Device manager,,,,

    Hi there..great walkthrough
    However my phone always seems to be on com 5 while the dial up modem that i never use is on com3.

    As you know MIDway does not support com5, Therefore is there any other way to make it to go on com3??

    Cheers mate
