Is there a recommended compression setting when using dvd shrink 3.2? I know if your cutting out extras that you can get the compression pretty low but when doing full backups I have had the compression as high as 48%. Is that too much compression? At what point does the loss of qaulity become noticable? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Read around here enough and you'll find that every person has a preference for their quality and whether or not they see any degredation in the video. You'll honestly have to play with it and figure out what best suits you. The quality enhacement settings and the deep analysis are great features that can really help improve the quality under compression. But in the end, it's up to your eyes to decide how much compression and whether or not to use the deep analysis and quality enhancements.
