Computer dosen't shutdown.

    Well my PC doesn't wanna shutdown even when I choose to shut it down it just restarts then I have to manually shut it down I got Vista running on it and my specs are:

    AMD Sempron 3000+ 2.00Ghz
    767 MB
    32-Bit OS

    Any help is appreciated.

    try shutting down using command prompt

    How do I go about doing that?

    And will that fix the problem? or will I have to use that everytime I want to shut it down?

    Not sure about VIsta but for XP it's

    shutdown /s /t 0
