computer freezes while using dvd shrink

    This has happened to me about a dozen times now. After I clicked "open disc" on dvd shrink, dvd shrink would freeze and I was unable to properly shut down my computer. I have windows xp, this does not happen every time. Any advice would be wonderfull.

    Yep your PC is getting to hot! Turn off every other app you have running, open your PC and blow out all the dust. Then give it another try. Could be a memory problem to how much do you have?
