Ok my pc specs are 2700+ xp 512MB ram 430watt psu 9800xt 256MB Now i prevously had a 230watt power suply till today and my problem with the 230 one was that my 9800xt default clock speeds were 378/230 when they should be 412/350. So i figued that the card could be underclocking because my power supply couldn't handle the proper default speeds. But now with my new 430 watt psu i'm still getting the same and if i try to over clock it to 412/350 my screen goes all disorted. I also brought a ATI Silencer 3 (rev 2) for my 9800xt but it won't fit on the card any help on both of these problems would be great
