connecting hdd recorder to digital box , is this possible

    I got a hard disk recorder yesterday and i can only record whatever channel the set top box is set too , does anyone know if its possible to store all my digital channels on the hdd so i can record what i like and watch something else at the same time ........ please help

    You need a decoder with two tuners. Record on one and watch the other any PVR decoder is capable of this.

    alright scouser , im a little retarded at this stuff , i have the starview box , the one everyone has , does this one have two tuners

    No problem no your normal Starview doesnt but the Starview PVR does. Sorry but I have to run cya.

    whats the difference between the two buddy , is the pvr more expensive if i were to get one , i think this may be my only shot at getting it to work the way i want it too

    Yes it is more expensive send a pm to Fergusrb or Mainanm as they have better ideas on prices than I do.
