Convert X to DVD - preview blank (log included)

    The folks at VSO are very responsive to customer problems. You should either use their support tool or post in their forums. Hopefully you are using an official version.

    Don't give up.

    I don't have the software and I don't have burner also.

    I just read the software manual few min. ago, I think may be I can help.

    The last paragraph of the last page of the manual says:

    (copy)
    Why does nothing show up in the preview window?

    If the preview window is not functioning properly, make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft
    DirectX® installed on your computer. Run Windows Update to obtain latest version of DirectX®.

    yeah my guess is that something is "stealing" from convertX

    i deleted all codecs i had as well as my vlc player

    prolly still have something out there competing though
    i'm just not pc savvy enough to know what kind of things to look for
