I have now attempted to burn AVI files onto a DVD. I have used both Dvdsanta and Nero Vision successfully. However, when I playback the DVD on the PC or on a standalone player, the picture is not quite right. Every second or so, it’s as though there is an extra frame, therefore the picture pauses momentarily. I have watched movies with this glitch with other people, and although they have not noticed (or at least not commented on these rythmic pauses) I find it rather annoying. The pause is only ever so slight, but noticable nevertheless.

What is it that I am doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
