Hi, I m having lots og vcd collection. I want to store all my collection into dvd.I m copying the mpeg files directly into the dvd. but they r not playing into the dvd player. Please help me how to burn dvd video from mpeg-1 format. Please tell me the detail steps
A DVD movie must be in MPEG2 format. So if you want to play video on your standalone DVD player then you'll need to convert the video into DVD format. You could try a program like Nero Vision Express (NVE) which will do the conversion and write the DVD for you...or you can use multiple other programs to convert (ie TMPGEnc) and then write the DVD. I believe NVE has a trial version for download. Maybe start with this. Adder.
