Converting to MPEG2/DVD Compliant

    What is the best tool for converting video files to either mpeg 2 or dvd compliant files? DVD Santa, TMPEGnc, etc...

    "Best tool"...very subjective. Easiest? Fastest? Best Quality?

    TMPGEnc is popular. Test drive the ones with a trial version and see which one you like best.

    BTW, I like NVE(NeroVisionExpress) it not only converts but lets you create a menu with chapters for your files and then lets you burn from the app. It is also easy to use and fairly fast as file converters go. It comes in the Nero Ultra 6 burning suite. An entire suite of video and audio apps :>)
