Converting to NTFS?

    i have windows 2000 professional and i wan to convert my drives to NTFS, my question is the data already on the drive be deleted if i convert to NTFS?

    Pay attention to the different ways of doing it -- as it warns you :-

    ""Converting to NTFS Using the Setup Program
    The Setup program makes it easy to convert your partition to the new version of NTFS, even if it used FAT or FAT32 before. This kind of conversion keeps your files intact (unlike formatting a partition).""

    Click run...type cmd... In command prompt type convert /? this will tell you how to convert to NTFS
