    Can anyone help?

I was wondering if it is possible to convert a AVI or MPEG to a VOB file.

A Mpeg2 file and a VOB file are Basicly the Same Thing, what makes a Vob file different is a Small amount of Info in the Header and the IFO Files and Bup Files in the Video_TS folder....
If you are Trying to Create a DVD then you Have to encode your AVI files to a DVD compliant Mpeg2 file, and then you use a DVD authoring Program that Adds the Chapters and Menu"s and Formats them and the Mpeg2 file into Vob,Ifo and Bup Files inside a Video_TS Folder and then the Video_TS Folder gets Burned to DVD in DVD Video Mode...So Just Haveing a Vob file will not do you any Good unless you have the Corresponding IFO and Bup files ,Cuz a Vob file by it"s Self is Just a Mpeg2 file.....Cheers
