    Hi !

I want to convert a avi (Xvid) file to mpeg using TMPGEnc, but the problem is that the minimum video bitrate for DVD's is 2000 K/s, and that makes the final file 5 Gb (In NTSC). I was wondering if there was a way to make that video file fit on a DVD.

    Thanks

i don't think it should be that big.

so it must be the audio, its in vbr and confuses tmpg.
what you can do is demux the audio. i use virtualdubmod for this.
