Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some advice. I had a coolsat 5000 and it was working just fine. I was getting white specs on the screen and the took it back to the place where I bought it and they gave me a new one. The problem is that I didn't write down the settings for 110 & 119, and can't seem to get it dialed in. I know the dish is pointed correctly, because it was working fine before. Any advice?

I don't know how it happened. They both have the exact same time stamp. ??? Anyhow, do you have any advice?
