Some issues have started like that on the 6000. Can you load the 100 bin?

If you load it the same way you do the bin files I have, but still won't take. I get the same message.

I have one that is the same and was unable to figure it out.
I contacted my supplier who gave my a contact to talk to.
They requested me to send them the motherboard. And they have sent it to the manufacturer for inspection to see where the problem is.

I also hav ea coolsat 6000 that started doing the same thing. I think I found the problem with mine, but it is really hard to find the part locally. I am pretty sure that the jproblem is the 1000uf 10v capacitor. If I find a good place to order them from I will post it. I don't know if you guys have heard of the capacitor Plague or not, but I think they are still using defective capactiors.

By the way if anyone knows of a place that sells these cajpacitors individually, I would appreciate the help.I contacted Coolsat and they said they couldn't send me individual parts. It is the last coolsat I will buy.

For what - the power supply board or main board?

It is for the power supply board. I ended up using a 1000uf 35v. It is working for now,but I would still like to get the exact replacement. It seems like it is really hard to find locally though.

I have 2 new power boards on 2 units that wouldn't load bins.
Motherboard was glitched, but I believe the power boards are ok.

My Coolsat was only used for about 4 months when the capacitor went bad. The top of it looked cone shaped instead of flat. Bad caps web site has pictures of swelled capacitors. It's worth checking out.I went through the wiring, and the boards, looking for the problem. Then I got to looking at common causes. That,s when I found out it was the capacitor.
