Why pay for software when there are brilliant progs such as DVD Decryptor for free. There are certain PS2 games which you will be able to backup using a CD burner by ripping but most are far too big to even attempt. Your best bet would be to purchase a dvd burner.

lol, those ads always amuse me. you can get all the benefits and more from free programs such as DVD decrypter. it says it will copy dvd movies to cd not dvd games to cd. it also says you will still need SMDs and a fliptop or slidecard to use the back ups. total bullshit. dont buy.

Yes, I would like to know how to copy/burn my PS2 games onto CD-R? What programs do I need and how do I accomplish this? Also, after copying them will I be able to play them on my PS2? I have a 2 yr old and he's always getting in my stuff so I want to have an extra copy of my games instead of buying new ones.. that's too costly...
