I was just wondering how you would go about copying DVD films to the hard drive? Could I do this with Nero? I use DVD 43 to bypass the copy protection.

I just copied Flight of the Phoenix today using Shrink. I burned it with Nero ROM. Tried doing it last night with Decrypter and found out I had my head where the sun don't shine! Learning more each day.

I've now decrypted it using DVD Decrypter. Is there no way of condensing it all in to one file? I've got about 60 files for one film!? Sorry if i seem a bit naive but I'm new to all this.

    danwebb,

Is your main objective just to get the movie on your hard drive with no intensions of burning it to a blank DVD?

If so you can just rip it to your hard drive using Decrypter and select >Mode >ISO >Read R this will put the movie on your hard drive as an ISO (one file). Then you could use something like Nero image drive to view the movie.
