I was wondering if i need a Dvd burner to burn PS2 games or can i use my CD-R, CD-RW 7200x burner. And what software should i use if i can. Also mine i one of those ones where you load the CD in first and then eject it and load a blank one in. Its only got 1 burner.

If you want to backup recent ps2 games, they will all pretty much be dvd's these days, so you will need a dvd burner and some dvdr's. Also, a free program and good choice to use to make your backups would be Dvd Decrypter. Also, you will either need to have a modchip installed or use a bootdisk, my suggestion there is SwapMagic v3.3

Doing this swap method you will also require either a 'fliptop' lid or a 'slidecard'. Either of these can usually be purchased as a kit with SwapMagic disks.
