could i take out the xbox hd and load it up as a slave in my pc?

    could i take out the xbox hd and load it up as a slave in my pc?
    and put the files needed for softmodding on the splinter cell mod?

    i think you will need a modded xbox to lock and unlock the drive.
    But why would you want to do that anyway?
    Just get AID 3.0, use the tool they provide and build the ISO.
    It has both AID (auto installer deluxe) and SID (softmod installer deluxe) on the same DVD after you burn it. Then you just follow the provided PDF instructions and softmod it, then use the AID program to install all the other goodies after it is modded. you can get it at isohunt
