Did you change the standard in DivXtoDVD to the tv format you're in? Like NTSC for US, PAL for Europe.

Does the disc that doesn't play in the dvd player - play in the pc?

What media did you use? Burn speed?

qwll for divxtodvd i left the tv format in automatic. I cant use the dvd on my computer becuase my computer has no sound but im prety shure the picture works. For buringin I used nero express and the burn speed is automatic but it was prety slow i tihnk it was around 4X or something like that

Ok that the movie that doesn't play on the player and run it back through DivXtoDVD and set the standard/tv format to the one you're in.
    That may do the trick.
