what is bandwidth allocation? if i put it on high will it speed my bitorrent dl's?

I did the guide in the other topic.. but my dl's are only adv around 400-100kbs.. im using public trackers.. could this be the prob? with seeds any where from 10-30 and leechers around 30-100..

i do believe the patch i got to connect to more IPs helped MUCH better.. but is there anything else i can do to speed it up.. heres my speed test link below.

If you use a router, it has to be port forwarded for the best results and also those 10-30 seeds are sharing between 30-100 leechers who may have completed as much as you and therefore have nothing to share and who knows what upload speeds are set at. At connection type use 1 MB and Protocol Encryption may help: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674 At options>preferences>connection, use a port over 10,000 that isn't the default and disable UPnP and at options>preferences>bittorrent, you can enable both DHT options but only on public sites and use 250-350 for Global Maximum connections and also connected peers.
