    hey, iam making a banner for a website (html)and i was wondering if somebody could recommend some software of links to sites that can make them?

    basically i want to put text, maybe pictures that move and change like a very short video (like some sigs on afterdawn) and make the banner a link to a homepage.

    free or not i don't mind, thanks :)
