Question create chapters for mkv video

    I have MKV Toolnix that everyone says to get. They also say I can create chapters for my MKV video using MKV Merge that is part of the MKV Toolnix.
    However, when I click on MKV Merge, the only thing that happens is a Command box opens and closes almost instantly.
    Does anyone know how I can create chapters for a MKV video?
    Is there a special program I need to download?
    I am not an expert, so something easy would be nice.
    I would appreciate any help.

    Click the file , mmg.exe for the GUI.

    There is no mmg.exe. Only mkvmerge and mkv extract.
