I am looking for a way to archive some of the hundred DVDs that I own. Ultimately I would like to have them all stored on my PC and would like a nice interface so when I want to watch a certain movie, I can easily find it and then have it play on my television.

I have DVDXCOPY. Can I rip the DVD to the hard-drive, and not make a dvd copy and just archive and play that way? Or is there a better solution?
