youre going to need a copy of RCO edit 1.14 and the icons you want...
turn off your PSP fully and while booting hold r to go to recovery mode...
go to advanced and enable flash0 usb.
you back up your flash0 somewhere on you PC first...
then (this is an optional step DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU WANT TO SEE JAPANESE/KOREAN/CHINESE fonts) go to font in your flash0, copy ltn9 twice. delete gb3s1518.bwfon and rename one of the ltn9 copies gb3s1518.bwfon. delete jpn0 and rename the other ltn9 copy jpn0...

copy topmenu_plugin.rco from vsh/resource onto your desktop.

open up rco editor and change your rco.

put your edited rco file back in and youre done!

Or you can find the theme you want off of the internet and put it on your PSP via flash0. Make sure they are for 3.03oe-c though before you put them on there
