I have got a PS2 game which is in file format but I do not know how to turn these files into a usable ISO.

I have tried using WinIso and UltraIso, both created ISOs but neither worked. What am I doing wrong???

What should I be doing with these files???

Don't know if it makes a difference, but I amd using the PS2 slidecard method.

It's too late unfortunatelly. You cannot turn files into an ISO usable by the PS2. You need the descriptions of the actual sectors of the original disc and if all you have is files then the sector description data is missing and underivable. Delete all of your files and start over again by either doing a disc to disc copy of the original or by making a disc image of your original.
