creating vcd

    ok here is my problem...I am using Sony Image mixer to put my video together, and was using vcdeasy to change the mpeg1 to vcd, but the vcd program says my mpeg1 is mpeg1 640x480 and needs to be 352x240, what am I doing wrong, too many pics, my audio, can anyone please HELP! thanks...

    Simple: encode the movie with TMPGenc as I wrote in the 'sticky' thread '100% working method to make a VCD'.
    The output MPEG will be 352x240 and, if longer than 80', you'll able to split the movie in 2.
