if its an iso burn it as an image using nero6
    heres a step by step:
    click on nero6 burning rom
    close the new complication window
    click on recorder
    click on burn image
    and select the iso

if its a rar or zip file just extract it and u should get an iso out of it

You will need dvd2xbox or hdd loader in order to do it. In order to get dvd2xbox, you need to install slayer's auto installer, or manually ftp it over.

Thanks for the help guys, but ive run into a new problem.

After i extract the RAR file there are alot of files..am i supposed to get the new files and create them into an image or something before burning them onto a dvd-r?

I followed ur steps and the gemae installed on the xbox hd but wouldnt start up..i tried to run it from the cd and it would just get to the "Sega" screen then just sit there.
