I had a Video_TS folder with a couple of vob files in it and when i tried to convert them to an mkv file it failed on multiple occasions.Hence I figured why not just merge the vob files,i did and i now have a single vob file.But the problem is that the video is in the middle and it has black bars on all four sides.I was wondering weather there was a s/w or way to crop those parts off from the existing vob file?..If there isint a way to do it for a vob file i could convert it to another format and then crop it?...Can someone help me with a software that is capable of doing this.. Try Avidemux. Load the video. Set the left hand menu then select the video filters. Choose 'Crop' and try 'Autocrop'
