custom dvds help please (program)

i need a program that lets me make a dvd with 2 audio files and a subtitle file that i can turn off and on and were i can switch to japanese or english audio please post the best program

it would be greatif tmpgenc dvd author pro had support for subtitles

 

Try DVD-Lab Pro.
It's not free, but is the best available for PC unless you spend megabux.
