OK... gonna mod my 360 case... Want to cut some letters out...

Anyone know if I can just use a drill and drill out the letters

and then sand it.... also do I need a special bit for plastic?

i was about to say the same thing as you did with the demel tool. as for the bit, just make sure its a small one, this will keep it from grabing the plastic as much and splitting/shattering the case. however, you dont want a bit that is to small that it breaks the bit from the pressure being applied to it. but anything around 1/8 of an inch or smaller would be fine. i wouldnt use anything that is larger than that.

OK... my dad has a Roto Zip..... I am gonna use it as it has a bit for plastic and it is pretty small... so that should do the trick... Wish me luck.... Thanks again... JLF24
