cyclical recundancy error

    im trying to copy a file off a cd-r on my hd and im getting this error in the last 30 sec of copying. the cd is new, i burnt it a month ago, and has no scratches or anything. is there are way round this?

    Strange...that error message usually means it can't read it. That is odd...what are you using to burn it?

    I've had my fair share of CR errors and I found out by burning at slower speeds I have less CR errors. [/i]I've come accross programs that claim this can be fixed but don't recall the name of the products. The brand name media you use also plays a big part as well.
