    Hi,

I have had a Sagem D Box for about a year and a half, everything was working perfectly until me brother tried to do a service scan, now I have lost a lot of channels like Sky Sports 1, 2 & 3, the movie channels, E4 etc.

I have tried the scan 3 times but it doesn’t seem to pick the missing channels up, can anyone help me out with this.

    Thanks a lot.

    Ps I am with NTL

How did you get your Service.xml and boquet files in the first place?, anyway just reload your originals and it should be ok

My box is about 1 and a alf years old i think.

Image, i am not 100% sure, i will check it when i go home.

    What should it be.

I am not too clued up as i have never once had a problem until my brother started messing about with it.

Typical it has taken away the channels i watch most, like sports and movies.

had a quick read at this earlier mate, is it possible to do this via my remote control?

Sorry about the questions, its just that i have never had a problem with it before, so never had to do anything like this.

Remote no you can only flash a new image from a computer.

You will need a cross-over cable and a null modem cable.
