d box

hello can anyone help please i just got a sagem d box i had most channels but greedy me tried a scan to get more and lost all of them please help its not my box so any help asap would be much appreciated

You will need to rescan via location
But all you will get now is one big long list ........................Paul

 

sportster i think havent got a clue what im doing how do i scan via location i tried scanning but nothing happens cant find any channels

it was telewes
scan for services
bouquet
cable provider
fast scan
manual scan
frequency
symbol rate
fec
polarization
